Things To Do
- The Historical Rock of Cashel was the seat of high kings of Ireland. Ancient history since the +4th Century. You have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside from the Castle. The Rock looks superb at night when it is floodlit. 5 minutes drive from Palm Grove or nice 20 minutes walk.
- Bru Boru is situated beside the Rock. It has irish traditional music and dance from mid June to September. (Tuesday to Saturday)

- Folk Village is well worth a visit
- Cashel Heritage Centre – A large model of Cashel in the 1940’s – Audio commentary in French, German, Spanish, Italian and English.

- Rossa Pottery- Wide selection of pottery.
- Cahir Castle: Cahir Castle is one of the best preserved castles in Ireland. A restored 15th century castle about 12 km from Cashel. –052-41011
- Swiss Cottage: About a mile south of Cahir town, on the bank of the River Suir, is a charming house known as The Swiss Cottage. Admission is by guided tour. -052-74 41144
- Holy Cross Abbey is a restored monastery of the 12th century 10 kms from Cashel. It has a relic of the true Cross and has a grotto of Padre Pio
